On Friday, May 18, the normal maintenance window (17:00 Pacific time) will be extended for data center maintenance until 23:00 Pacific. No extended down-time is planned, but brief delays and interruptions are possible throughout the period.

Purpose
To keep track of the To do items. Items are generated and removed automatically by the critics. They could also be created by other means.

The To Do items are located in org.argouml.cognitive.ToDoItem.

CategoryFix: This is a set of classes in the Cognitive subsystem, not a subsystem of its own.
