The user manual will be the user manual as far as I know. There exists a
group for that and I propose you join in, if you are interested. I do
not think that every issue should be repeated in the FAQ which is also
in the manual - that is why I proposed that you leave questions
concerning the very unstable RE out of the FAQ. It will give the wrong
impression, in the sense that people thing that RE is already something
which you can use (hence it is in the User FAQ). RE at the moment is
something you can develop and play around with.

As I said: the RE parser is in the CVS code and does not need to be
activated.
You can import any pure java source file or directories which contain
them using the "Import Sources..." menuitem from the file menu.
The class diagramm will be presented if things work out, just browse
through the model pane and select the according package. The whole
layout algorithm is also still an area of very much development by
Andreas who is also among others involved in the RE process.

I can only speak of the CVS version which does support it.
